Harris Sr. is the founder and CEO of 52 Hittas Professional Spades League — a U.S. Navy veteran, pastor, motivational speaker, storyteller, entrepreneur, creative director, and competitive visionary whose life has consistently centered on leadership, service, imagination, and building opportunities for others.

He saw rankings. He saw championship titles. He saw physical belts. He saw seasons, playoffs, broadcasts, rivalries, personalities, virtual arenas, digital worlds, and opportunities for great players to become recognized names.
That vision became 52 Hittas Professional Spades League.

Reginald was born and raised in Oxford, North Carolina. After graduating from J.F. Webb High School in 1992, he served in the United States Navy from 1993 through 1996. His military service strengthened the discipline, adaptability, strategic thinking, and leadership skills that would later influence his work as an entrepreneur and League founder.
Following his Navy service, Reginald dedicated years of his life to working with troubled youth and individuals with disabilities. His professional journey included service at institutions and organizations such as John Umstead Hospital, C.A. Dillon Youth Development Center, Murdoch Developmental Center, and private community agencies.
Those experiences gave him a firsthand understanding of human potential, personal struggle, mentorship, accountability, and the importance of creating environments where people can be seen and valued.

Reginald’s leadership extends beyond business and entertainment. As a pastor and motivational speaker, he has spent years encouraging people to recognize their purpose, confront limitations, and move toward the person they were created to become.
That same philosophy exists at the heart of 52 Hittas. A player may begin at an ordinary table, under an unknown name, with no title and no ranking — but still possess the potential to become a champion.
The platform exists to give that potential somewhere to rise.
October 22, 2022 — The League is Founded

On October 22, 2022, Reginald founded 52 Hittas Professional Spades League. His objective was not merely to organize another Spades group. His vision was to create a professional structure around the game — one capable of supporting official rankings, original rules, championship titles, physical belts, recurring events, player identities, live broadcasts, cash prizes, and long-term storytelling.
Under his leadership, 52 Hittas expanded from a competitive idea into a growing entertainment universe. The organization developed virtual venues, signature tournaments, championship traditions, original broadcasts, player storylines, Tha Royal Card Family, and an evolving fictional mythology known as Tha Saga.
Reginald became known as Tha Cardmissioner — the architect, authority, storyteller, and driving force behind the League.

Ruoivas Deen is more than a screen name. It is the digital identity through which Reginald entered the metaverse, built communities, created worlds, hosted competition, introduced new forms of entertainment, and transformed his ideas into experiences others could enter. As Ruoivas Deen, he became a recognizable presence within the virtual world.

As Tha Cardmissioner, he became the creator and guardian of the Professional Spades structure he envisioned. The two identities represent the same mission: to create something original, meaningful, competitive, and capable of outliving its creator.
